These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3ptt ("the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service on the 3ptt platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 3ptt platform.

All 3ptt players must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory during KYC. Underage accounts will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited per platform policy.
Each individual is permitted only one 3ptt account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and balance confiscation.
All 3ptt accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate upon processing.
3ptt requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification confirming your identity and age.
All promotional offers, bonuses and free bets on 3ptt are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry periods and eligibility criteria as stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.
3ptt provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. Players are responsible for using these tools and managing their gaming activity within their personal means.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3ptt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any services offered on the 3ptt website and associated applications. By creating an account on 3ptt, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use any real-money service on the 3ptt platform. 3ptt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a Player is under 21, the account shall be immediately closed, all pending bets shall be voided, and any deposited funds shall be returned to the original payment method where possible, minus any winnings accrued.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 3ptt. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3ptt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from such accounts, and confiscate remaining balances.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration data is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.4 Account Ownership. Your 3ptt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. You shall not allow any other person to access or use your 3ptt account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3ptt login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Any activity that occurs under your account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 3ptt in writing (via the official support channel) that your account has been compromised.
3.2 You must not share your login credentials with any individual, including persons claiming to represent 3ptt. The 3ptt support team will never request your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication channel.
3.3 3ptt employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission, optional two-factor authentication, automated session timeout for idle accounts, and login location monitoring. While 3ptt implements industry-standard security measures, the Player acknowledges that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect their own account access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 3ptt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, standard inter-bank transfer, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. 3ptt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
4.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and PKR 500 via bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 across all payment channels. 3ptt reserves the right to adjust minimum amounts with prior notice published on the Platform.
4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and six (6) hours depending on the issuing bank. USDT deposits are processed upon blockchain network confirmation, typically within thirty (30) minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to completion of KYC verification.
4.4 KYC Before Withdrawal. 3ptt requires successful completion of the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation must include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, and may include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at the discretion of the 3ptt compliance team.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 3ptt reserves the right to investigate any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity. The Platform may request additional documentation, delay processing, or report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Funds deposited on the 3ptt platform must originate from sources that are lawfully owned by the Player.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. 3ptt does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party payment accounts.
5.1 3ptt may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotional offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet during wagering, and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. 3ptt reserves the right to limit, modify or revoke any promotional offer if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player or group of Players is engaging in promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics through guaranteed-outcome betting patterns; and collusion between Players to extract bonus value.
5.4 3ptt reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any bonus funds already credited to Player accounts that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements may be removed.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on the 3ptt platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by physical equipment operated by trained dealers for live casino games. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and are independently audited.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports bet settlements on 3ptt are based on official results as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or event. In the event of a discrepancy between 3ptt's result feed and the official result, the official result shall take precedence. 3ptt reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has been materially affected by technical error, data feed failure, or events beyond normal sporting competition.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptt platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
6.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds/payout display, 3ptt reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any payouts made in error. 3ptt shall not be liable for any losses arising from system malfunctions, and the Player accepts this risk as a condition of using the Platform.
7.1 All content on the 3ptt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 3ptt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 3ptt platform, except as incidentally necessary for normal use of the Platform as a registered Player.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
8.2 3ptt shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider failures; mobile network outages; power failures; natural disasters; government actions; or any other force majeure event.
8.3 3ptt makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your 3ptt account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements having been met and KYC verification completed) will be returned to your registered payment method.
9.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. 3ptt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
9.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no bet placed, no deposit or withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 3ptt may charge a monthly administrative fee of PKR 100 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated through login.
10.1 3ptt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity, including: configurable deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be problematic are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their 3ptt account settings. Players may also contact 3ptt customer support for assistance in activating responsible gaming restrictions on their account.
10.3 Gambling on 3ptt is entertainment and should not be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. Players must only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

11.1 3ptt reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately.
11.2 Continued use of the 3ptt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through the 3ptt internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint via the 3ptt support channel, and the Platform undertakes to investigate and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may submit the matter to an independent arbitration body as mutually agreed upon.
